Who is this group for? Anyone and everyone! If you are looking for additional support and to be around other individuals who understand the difficulties of living with depression, anxiety, and other related mental health disorders, then this is the group for you! This CBT-based skills and support group facilitated by a licensed therapist provides tips and tools for coping with symptoms of your diagnoses and everyday life stressors. With other group members, you will grow in confidence, improve your communication skills, and learn to challenge negative behaviors and thought patterns. This group will provide a safe and supportive space to embrace vulnerability and growth. Start the new year off right and contact us for more information.
The Hope & Healing Club is held every Monday, 4:00-5:00pm, in person at Turnwell Mental Health. Our office is located at 600 Seacoast Pkwy Suite 200 in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.
Anyone 18 and up is welcome to join. The group is open, meaning you can join at any time. Each group will focus on a different topic related to mental health.
You are welcome to bring something to write with and on (pen, pencil, journal, folder, etc.), but we will provide all necessary materials! Expect to leave the group with a lighter mood, newly learned skills, and take-home resources!
