With 18 years of dedicated experience in psychiatry and addiction medicine, Dr. Reyes is a board-certified psychiatrist committed to providing high-quality care to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Graduating from Mount Sinai School of Medicine at Cabrini Medical Center, Dr. Reyes has developed a specialized focus on psychopharmacotherapy, and addiction medicine.  Dr. Reyes has a profound interest in understanding the phenomenology of psychiatric symptoms, striving to uncover the underlying factors that contribute to mental health issues.  Through a compassionate and patient-centered approach, Dr. Reyes aims to empower individuals on their journey to recovery and improved mental health. Dr. Reyes is a professional guitarist and currently holds a private pilot license.

Amira Perviz, DO,

Dr. Amira Perviz is a dedicated and compassionate psychiatrist committed to providing comprehensive mental health care. Born and raised in Bosnia-Herzegovina, she came to the United States as an international student to pursue her medical education. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Midwestern University, Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her psychiatry residency at Creighton University School of Medicine–Phoenix.

Dr. Perviz has extensive experience treating patients with severe mental illness in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She has a special interest in novel therapies for psychiatric disorders and is eager to incorporate innovative treatment modalities into her practice.

Believing that mental health is shaped by a complex interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors, Dr. Perviz takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to treatment. She is dedicated to empowering her patients with personalized, evidence-based care.

Outside of her professional work, Dr. Perviz enjoys traveling and immersing herself in different cultures, as well as hiking and playing tennis.
